At Pak Pamuk Tekstil, we shape our production with principles of precision, quality, and sustainability. By combining 40 years of industry experience with a modern production approach, we offer a wide range of yarns from Ne 8/1 to Ne 30/1.

Our factory spans 5,512 m² in total, with 4,300 m² of enclosed production space. With a monthly production capacity of 250 tons, we provide our customers with consistent and high-quality solutions.

1. Raw Material Preparation

The first stage of production begins with the careful selection of the right raw materials. Recyclable textile waste is sorted and processed. This step is meticulously managed to ensure high quality and durability.

2. Fiber Processing & Blending

The cleaned fibers are processed through specialized machinery to achieve a homogeneous structure. Cotton, polyester, and other fibers with unique properties are blended in specific ratios to create the ideal yarn composition.

3. Yarn Production

Using state-of-the-art open-end spinning machines, fibers are transformed into yarn. At this stage, the strength, consistency, and required properties of the yarn are ensured.

4.Quality Control

Each stage of production undergoes rigorous inspections by expert teams. Strength, uniformity, and color consistency are tested to verify compliance with industry standards.

5.Bobbin Winding & Shipment

The finished yarns are wound into bobbins and packaged according to customer requirements. Before shipment, final quality checks are performed, and products are prepared for on-time delivery.
